Testing Procedures

Food intolerance tests supplied by I2F are intended to highlight food intolerances.
In undertaking a food intolerance test with I2F you agree to comply with the requirements of the test procedures and in particular to follow the instructions contained within the testing kit. You understand that the test is an indicator of your intolerance to individual foods or food groups and is not a diagnostic tool. You acknowledge that by using the testing kit you enter an agreement with I2F for us to test the sample provided and to report back to you the test results.

N.B. Food intolerances tests are NOT designed, nor will your results indicate, that you may be/are suffering an (instant) allergic reaction (rather than an intolerance) to the individual foods or food groups included in the test. I2F accepts no responsibility whatsoever for failing to identify any condition or symptom you may have/develop that is caused by an allergic reaction to individual foods or food groups.

Ordering

Orders for tests may be placed over the internet and paid for using PayPal, Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, Solo credit/debit cards. Alternatively you may send your order with a cheque, debit card or postal order to the address listed on the brochure.

If you place an order over the internet you will receive an order confirmation by email. If you send your order by post you will receive a confirmation by post. All order confirmations will be sent prior to delivery of your ordered test(s).

You understand that by placing your order you are agreeing to I2F carrying out a test on the sample you provide, processing personal information that you supply to us and reporting back to you test results.

Delivery

I2F aim to deliver testing kits to you within 14 days of receipt of your order. If for any reason we are unable to deliver your testing kit within 30 days of receipt of your order we will contact you using the same means that you used to place your order and give you the option to cancel. All orders will be sent to the address (including email address) that is supplied by you at the time of placing your order.

Submission of samples

The instructions contained in the testing kit must be strictly complied with. A sample must be returned by post in the manner outlined. If you do not return your sample within the timescale stated I2F will not be able to conduct an accurate analysis.

N.B If you have ordered more than one testing kit, each completed test must be returned individually packaged.

Results

I2F aims to deliver your test results within 14 days of receipt by us of your properly returned samples. Your results will be supplied to you using the same means that you used to place your order. If we are unable to deliver your test results within 30 days of receipt of your sample we will contact you using the same means that you used to place your order giving you an indication of the likely date. In the event you would prefer not to wait for your results we will give you the option to cancel your order and issue a full refund.

Prices

Prices shown on the website for tests include VAT where applicable, delivery and all handling charges.

Refunds

If for any reason you do not wish to proceed with a test after having place an order I2F will refund your payment in full (provided you return any testing kit already supplied to you unused and in its original condition) within 30 days of the date of your order. This does not affect your statutory rights. Any testing kits returned to us must be sent securely and individually packaged post-paid to the address on our website.

Complaints

Written complaints about any aspect of the service provided by I2F may be made by email or in writing to the address shown on the website. I2F aim to make an initial response to any valid complaint within 14 working days of its receipt. If further investigation is required an indication will be given as to the timescale for any further response to you.

Contract

A contract will come into existence between you and I2F for the sale of a test once an order confirmation has been sent from us to you. Any contract will be interpreted, construed and enforced in accordance with the laws of England. You and I2F irrevocably submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts by entering the contract.

Warranty & Liability

I2F warrants that the testing kits supplied will be of satisfactory quality and fit for use by you for the purpose of undertaking food intolerance testing without the need for any qualified medical assistance provided you have taken and supplied samples in accordance with testing instructions. I2F undertakes to test samples provided for analysis with reasonable care and skill provided that they have been taken and supplied in accordance with testing instructions.

It is your responsibility to satisfy yourself as to the suitability of the food intolerance service provided by I2F. In entering into a contract with I2F you acknowledge that you have not relied upon any representations or undertakings whether oral or in writing other than those expressly incorporated in the terms and conditions of supply.

Definitions

“Contract” means a contract between the person or firm by whom food intolerance services are ordered and I2F.
